1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the facilitated sessions, workshops, and coordination packages offered by Braidwood Commons. "User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual engaging with our website or offerings. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Braidwood Commons. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any offering, you agree to this Agreement. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older with the legal capacity to make arrangements on behalf of their family.

3. Service Description

Braidwood Commons provides educational, communication-focused facilitation and coordination support for families, delivered in and around Khon Kaen, Thailand. Our offerings do not include legal, financial, or clinical advice of any kind, and all decisions remain entirely with the family.

4. User Responsibilities

When engaging with our services, you agree to provide accurate contact information, attend scheduled sessions respectfully, and treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy.

Use of our website to submit false information, disrupt a session, or misuse coordination materials shared during a workshop is not permitted.

5. Intellectual Property

Templates, worksheets, and materials provided during workshops remain the intellectual property of Braidwood Commons, though families are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use and adapt them for their own household coordination.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing for our offerings is stated in Thai Baht (฿) and confirmed at the time of booking: Common Ground Conversation at ฿3,600, Shared Living Toolkit Workshop at ฿15,200, and Community Coordination Package at ฿28,000.

Refund requests made before a scheduled session begins will be reviewed individually. Sessions already delivered are not eligible for refund.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Facilitated sessions and workshops are delivered on scheduled dates agreed at booking. Rescheduling is available with reasonable notice. The Community Coordination Package is delivered in stages as outlined at the start of engagement, with timing adaptable to your family's pace.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis for educational and coordination purposes only. We make no promises regarding specific outcomes of any family conversation or decision, and our facilitators do not provide advice on what a family should decide.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Thai law, Braidwood Commons' liability arising from any offering is limited to the amount paid for that offering. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from decisions made by families following any session or workshop.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with reasonable notice. Sessions already scheduled and confirmed remain subject to our cancellation terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal discussion; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Khon Kaen Province.

12. General Provisions

If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Braidwood Commons.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise this Agreement periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
